The current market for CBD in the USA is estimated at 600 million euros.

It could exceed the billion mark by 2022.

French companies that use CBD are operating in a gray market despite high market acceptance.

Frenchfarm.ac has collaborated with media company Newsweed to create an experience that combines gastronomy and mixology called WEEDINER.

The first gourmet dinner infused with CBD (cannabinoids & terpenes).
CBD is now the trend ingredient in the USA, and Europe has not been spared.

Its benefits range from reducing inflammation to relieving anxiety or deep-seated chronic pain. Research into this molecule is becoming increasingly numerous.

Terpenes are aromatic elements that underlie the odors perceived by the olfactory system. They are produced by resinous plants and were already known as components of essential oils.


At the dawn of this thriving market, educating and destigmatizing our industry is a crucial process for the future.

We have therefore made it our mission to communicate cannabidiol, terpenes and their benefits through a trans-sensory experience.

We use everything the plant has to offer through gastronomy, mixology and immersing ourselves in an extraordinary place by working on the scenography.

 


This experience, offered by Japanese chef Sho Miyashita, combines considerations of food combinations, cannabinoid and terpene infusions.

Our chef continues to develop with mixologists in order to combine the different stages of his menus in the best possible way.

A separate "theme" for each edition, comprising four to five courses, takes participants on a unique culinary experience.

The Weediner is flavorful, olfactory and sensory.

Mixology is also based on research and creation.

A team of mixologists specializing in tuning spirits,
cannabinoids & terpenes, puts together a cocktail menu that matches the universe of our chef.


The set design is an important step in immersing yourself in our dinners. The Weediner's space is fully thought out and lovingly decorated by Devi Wookie and is mainly made of fine materials.

His inspirations are mainly found in traditional art.
She decorates with great attention to detail and creates the perfect atmosphere for any event.

 




The Weediner's guests are identified and selected from among the brand's friends.

These ambassadors make it possible to multiply the communication channels for a broad and waiting audience.

We are the first and only ones in France to organize these exclusive and private dinners.

A public version will be organized shortly.

 


The event is designed in close cooperation with the selected venue. We work with exceptional hotels and boutiques that match our world.

Weediner took place at Restaurant NOUN, Wanderlust, Kube Hôtel Paris, Eclaireur Hérold and in Barcelona.
